Michael
Tinneny is the son of Terrence Tinneny of Philadelphia and Regina
Harrington. He was born in Norristown, Pennsylvania. In
January 1995, after graduation from college, he entered The
Pennsylvania State Police Academy and was subsequently sworn in as a
state trooper. After several years with the uniformed division
he was assigned to the investigation division as an investigator.
