Joseph McColgan is the
son of John P. McColgan and Marie Becht of Philadelphia and
the grandson of Mary Jane Tinneny of Greenock, Scotland and
Philadelphia. Joe and Joanne were married April 23,
1966 at St. Josephat's Catholic Church in the Manayunk
section of Philadelphia.
