On Easter Sunday 2003, Maryann Murray,
the wife of Mary Tinneny of Goladuff and Patrick Murray’s son John Murray,
celebrated her 90th Birthday. The day began with the postman delivering
cards by the armfull, and throughout the day visitors dropped by at her home
in Derrykenny to wish her happy birthday. She is an amazing lady who
has a keen interest in everything around her, enjoys going out to functions
and recently attended the Wattlebridge Reunion in Clones.
