for the wedding were her sister

and Ed’s
brother Leo Haughey. According to Mary, she would have
had her sister Clare stand up for her in the wedding but
Clare said that she wouldn’t
wear a girdle.
Mary
was the daughter of
James J. and Gertrude Spence Tinneny Sr.
and the granddaughter of Patrick
“Yankee
Pat” Tinneny of
Goladuff, Newtownbutler, Co, Fermanagh, Northern
Ireland; Greenock, Scotland and Philadelphia and his
wife Margaret Malloy.
