Alice Tinneny
of Goladuff, Newtownbutler, Northern Ireland, married
Mathew Cooney June 17, 1930. They were married in a
Catholic Church in Manhattan, New York City. Both had
immigrated to the United Staters from Ireland. They had
no children, became US citizens and lived out their
lives in Jersey, New Jersey after living for a time in
Manhattan.
Alice was the daughter of
Francis and Catherine McConnell Tinneny
of Goladuff and grandaughter of John Tinneny
and Margaret McAdam of Goladuff.
