Development
of this site is a joint endeavor of Richard
J. "Rich" Tinneny of Columbia, South Carolina, USA
and Lucy (Murray) Sherwood,
who lives in England. Rich is the great-grandson of Patrick "Yankee Pat" Tinneny
of Goladuff, Newtownbutler, County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland and Lucy is the
granddaughter of Mary Tinneny also of Goladuff.
Content
and Construction: Rich provided most of the
researched content and Lucy had the complex job of building it into this web
site.
Purpose:
This site was developed to share family history, photographs and
genealogical information with, for and about Tinnenys and Tinneny descendants
worldwide on an ongoing basis. It is hoped that this effort will further
bring together members of our family around the world in the joy of reunion
best described by the author B. J. Hoff in her description of the Irish
and their reunions.
