Paul
Tinneny is the son of Paul B. Tinneny and Barbara Finn. He was
born and raised in Philadelphia. Paul joined the Philadelphia
Police Department in 2004 and his first assignment after completing the
Police Academy was to the 19th District in West Philadelphia.
