Stephen J. McManus, the son of James and Mary Carney
McManus Jr. of Glasgow, Scotland married Catherine
Crawford November 22, 1958 in a Catholic Church in
Darien Connecticut. Stephen’s brother Patrick’s
sister in law Christine McCulloch served as
bridesmaid. Stephen and Catherine honeymooned in
Niagara Falls, New York.

Stephen is the grandson of James and Catherine
Tinneny McManus Sr. Catherine was born on Goladuff,
Newtownbutler, Co. Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. He was the great-grandson of Patrick and Margaret Tummon Tinneny of Goladuff.
